I usually chop straight on the counter, but this board's clean look actually makes me want to bring it out for serving cheese and bread. The white oak grain is smooth and easy to wipe down, and it holds up fine with daily use. It's become my go-to for both prep and setting the table.
The wood is substantial and well-balanced, so it doesn’t slide around when I’m chopping, and it looks just as good on the patio as it does on the counter. I’ve already used it for a cheese spread and a quick prep session, and it cleaned up with a simple wipe.
The grain on this board is gorgeous—it’s already the centerpiece on my coffee table when guests come over, and it still holds up fine after a few knife strokes. Honestly, it feels more like a piece of furniture than a prep tool, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
