The air hole is a small touch but it makes a real difference—dough doesn’t stick to the cutter at all. My biscuits come out with clean, sharp edges every Sunday now, and the walnut wood feels sturdy and comfortable in my hand.
The walnut finish is a nice upgrade from my old plastic set, and the air hole actually keeps the dough from sticking. It's a solid cutter, though I wish it came with a second size for smaller rolls.
