Esta bandeja resistente se puede usar a altas temperaturas en cualquier tipo de horno; es de hierro negro de 2 mm de grosor, diseñado para un horneado uniforme y excelente. Además, viene pre-sazonado con aceite de linaza para un acabado natural antiadherente, por lo que tus quiches y tartas de manzana se desmoldan fácilmente.
