The lid fits so snugly that barely any steam escapes, which made my crusty loaf come out with that perfect crackly top. I’ve used it three times in one week, and the even browning on the bottom of my bread is something my old pot never managed.
Sunday stews have never cooked this evenly—the heavy lid keeps everything moist without me having to fuss. Cleanup is a breeze too, which honestly makes it worth every penny for my weekly meal prep.
That first loaf of bread came out with a crust so crackly I almost didn’t want to slice it. The lid fits like it was machined for this pot, and it went from stovetop sear to oven finish without a single complaint.
