The wood is substantial and well-balanced, so it doesn’t slide around when I’m chopping, and it looks just as good on the patio as it does on the counter. I’ve already used it for a cheese spread and a quick prep session, and it cleaned up with a simple wipe.
The grain on this board is gorgeous—it’s already the centerpiece on my coffee table when guests come over, and it still holds up fine after a few knife strokes. Honestly, it feels more like a piece of furniture than a prep tool, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
