I love that I can finally braise chicken thighs and keep all the moisture sealed in without a ton of splatter everywhere. The glass lid fits snugly and lets me watch the food as it cooks.
The fit on my No. 12 skillet is perfect—no wobbling, and the glass lets me watch my braised chicken thighs without lifting it. It’s been great for keeping shakshuka warm at the table, too.
