East Fork 白橡木砧板

The grain on this board is stunning, and after a month of heavy chopping it still looks brand new with just a quick oil rub. It's hefty enough to stay put on the counter, which I appreciate when I'm dicing onions at a weird angle.

I’ve been using this board daily for a week now, and the heft of that solid white oak is exactly what I needed to prevent sliding while chopping. The smooth surface has held up beautifully, even after a few garlic-heavy prep sessions.
