The bitterness of the orange is perfectly balanced with the sweetness, and it melts into scones without being runny. I've already gone through half a jar just on toast this week.

The orange spread is genuinely chunky and bright, not overly sweet, and it paired beautifully with a sharp cheddar on a cracker. I've been putting it on my morning toast and it makes breakfast feel special.

The small batch size really comes through in the flavor—it's not overly sweet like the mass-produced stuff. I used the orange on a cheese board and it was a hit. Only wish the jar was a bit bigger for the price.
