The lack of handles took a minute to get used to, but the control I have over the dough is honestly unbeatable. It feels like an extension of my hand, and the wood has a nice, smooth grip without any sticking.

I’ve used a standard handled roller for years, but this minimal dowel style really does give you a better feel for the dough. The smooth, untapered cylinder lets me shift pressure with just my fingers, which makes rolling out pie crusts noticeably more even.

The tapered wooden shape feels leagues more responsive than any handled pin I've used—you can really sense the dough's thickness through the dowel. It's become my go-to for pie crusts and I love that there's no hardware to clean, just the wood.
