The black walnut grain is absolutely stunning, and you can tell it's cut from a solid piece, not glued scraps. It's got just enough heft to feel sturdy in my hand, but it's still light enough to flip a delicate egg without smashing it.
This thing flips like a dream and the handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand. I’ve used it every day for a week and the black walnut hasn’t shown a single mark or stain.
This thing flips like it's been doing it for years — the edge is thin enough to slide under a fried egg without shattering it. Handmade in Tennessee and you can feel the balance in the walnut, solid but not heavy. Way better than the flimsy metal one I used to use.
