I bought these mostly for the brass finish and ended up loving how the sculptural handles catch the light on my dinner table. The knife's blade is a bit shorter than my old set, but it still cuts through a roast chicken without any wobble.
The textured handles feel amazing in my hand, almost like holding a little piece of the beach. The knife cuts cleanly through everything, and the whole set has that heavy, solid feel I was hoping for.
I bought these mostly for the look and ended up loving how they feel in hand — that sand-drip texture actually gives you something to grip. The knife cuts through a roast chicken without any wobble, which I honestly wasn't expecting from a set this sculptural.
