I sprinkled this over a bowl of roasted carrots and the pistachio crunch with that subtle coriander finish completely stole the show. The green chilies are there but not overpowering, so it works as a table seasoning too.
The green chilies give it a nice warm kick that builds without overpowering, and the pistachios add a genuinely satisfying crunch. I've been sprinkling it over roasted vegetables and even plain scrambled eggs for a fast weeknight upgrade.
I wasn't sure what to expect from a spice blend with green chilies in it, but the coriander and garlic come through beautifully without overwhelming the pistachios. It's become my go-to finishing touch when I want something with more ooph than plain salt on a simple dish.
