Baked a deep-dish apple pie in it last weekend and the ceramic held heat beautifully—the crust came out golden on the bottom, which never happens with my old metal pan. It’s sturdy enough to go straight from oven to table, and the handmade imperfections make it feel special.

The glaze is perfectly smooth and the ceramic feels sturdy enough for daily use. It's become my go-to for both baking and bringing pies straight to the table.

Bakes evenly and cleans up easily, though I wish it came in a slightly larger size for deep-dish recipes. The handmade texture gives it a nice rustic look that fits right in with my everyday dishes.
