Momofuku 麻辣鹽

I sprinkled this on chicken wings last night and the Sichuan peppercorn buzz is seriously addictive. It's salty with this citrusy tingle that lingers, not just heat. Already planning to keep a jar on hand for noodles too.

The tingly numbing kick sneaks up on you in the best way, especially sprinkled over a bowl of noodles. Salty with that Sichuan peppercorn buzz, it's become a permanent spot in my spice drawer.

I've been putting this on chicken wings and it's become a habit I can't kick. The tingling from the Sichuan pepper hits a few seconds after the salt, which is the part I love most.
