I bought this for a wine and cheese night and it cut through a runny brie without squishing it at all. The shape looks fancy on the board too, and serving with it feels natural instead of awkward.
The little teeth at the top are the whole reason I reach for this over my regular knife—they grab the brie so it doesn't slide off onto the board. Sliced a runny wheel cleanly and went straight to serving without dirtying another utensil.
Bought this for a cheese board and it cuts through brie without squishing it flat. The curved blade glides through soft cheese way better than my old paring knife. Looks nice on the table too.
