These have a real heft to them that cheap plated sets just don't, and the hand-carved feel is obvious the second you pick one up. They make our weeknight dinners feel a little more special, honestly.
The engraved X detail catches the light beautifully when they’re stacked on the table, and the solid brass weight makes them feel far more special than the price suggests. I’ve already used them for two dinners and guests keep picking them up to admire the hand-carved finish.
These are heavier than I expected for their size, and that solid brass weight makes setting the table feel a bit more special. The matte finish hasn't shown a single smudge after a week of daily dinners, which is more than I can say for my old plated ones.
