Muối Ramp

The ramp flavor comes through way stronger than I expected for a salt, sharp and garlicky without being overwhelming. I've been using it on roasted potatoes and it's replaced my regular garlic salt entirely. The hand-harvested texture is a nice touch too, coarser than standard table salt.

Sprinkled this over scrambled eggs this morning and it tasted like spring in the mountains. The dehydrated ramp bits actually rehydrate a little and give a nice little crunch, which I wasn't expecting. Already planning to put it on roasted potatoes next.

The ramp flavor is way sharper than I expected for a dried blend, and a little goes a long way on scrambled eggs. Having that spring ramps taste in January is honestly the best part.
