Gjutjärnskokkärlsset

I've been using the skillet almost daily for a month and it sears chicken thighs way better than my old nonstick. The cast iron feels solid and the even cooking really shows on things like cornbread.

I was a little worried about the weight, but the even cooking across the whole surface is just unbeatable. My stews come out perfect every single time now, and this set honestly feels like the last cookware I’ll ever need to buy.

The heat retention on these pans is genuinely impressive—my stew simmered evenly for over an hour without any hot spots. They’re heavier than my old set, but that solid weight feels reassuring when I’m searing. Already my go-to for weekend cooking.
