Francis Gelb säger att han föddes med en silversked i munnen eftersom han kommer från en familj av metallhantverkare. Det är därför han, när han grundade Sabre 1993, satte höga krav på noggrant hantverk.

När han designade dessa bestick gav Sabre dem en modern touch: stilen är enkel, nitarna syns, medan träet och stålet skapar en fin kontrast.

  • Skötselråd: Tål inte diskmaskin. Ta bort små ringar på knivbladen med en mjuk trasa eller vitvinsvinäger. Teakträ är naturligt mycket motståndskraftigt mot röta, och regelbunden oljning med olivolja eller linolja förlänger livslängden på dina handtag. Låt inte besticken ligga i blöt i vatten.
