This versatile organic extra virgin olive oil is made from Koroneiki olives harvested from a collective of sustainability-focused seaside olive farms of Greece’s Peloponnese peninsula. One of those farms has been farmed for generations by the family of Cristiana Sadigianis, who studied holistic nutrition before founding Oracle. She had long dreamed of sharing her family’s olives, which have been found to have, as she writes on Oracle’s website, “an unusually high concentration of anti-inflammatory phenolic compounds,” with a larger audience.

Opened the bottle and the aroma instantly reminded me of the fresh Greek coast. The Koroneiki olives give it a peppery, grassy kick that’s perfect for drizzling over salads, and knowing it’s from those small seaside farms makes it taste even better. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a wee

The Koroneiki olives really come through here—it’s grassy and peppery on the finish, exactly what I hoped for from a Peloponnese harvest. I’ve been drizzling it over salads and roasted veggies all week, and the bottle still feels sturdy and easy to pour.

I was a little worried about buying olive oil online, but this one arrived perfectly sealed and the glass bottle feels sturdy. It's got that clean, grassy aroma I love, and it's clearly from a thoughtful collective of small farms.
