The vermouth in the brine makes such a difference — it tastes like the olive and the drink actually belong together. I used them in a dirty martini and didn't need to add any extra brine. The 12 oz jar is a decent size too.
These queen olives are noticeably firmer than the jarred ones I usually grab, and the vermouth in the brine gives my martini a softer, rounder finish without me adding anything extra. The pimento stuffing actually tastes like pepper instead of mush. Twelve ounces disappeared faster than I expected.
