A perfect slice of pie is simply inevidable with this stainless steel pie server crafted in France by Sabre.
The stainless steel blade is surprisingly sturdy yet thin enough to glide cleanly through even a dense apple pie, and the 10-inch length gives you great leverage. My slices come out picture-perfect every time now, no more mangled crusts.
The handle is perfectly balanced and the stainless steel has a nice weight to it, so it slices through a thick apple pie without bending. I’ve used it every weekend since it arrived and it still looks brand new after a quick wash.
I was a little worried it would feel flimsy, but the stainless steel is solid and the long handle (10¼ inches) gives me great leverage for cutting through a thick crust.
