Boom Sap

We cook with it almost every weekend now, and the color alone is this deep amber that makes pancakes look like they’re from a magazine. You can really taste the age of those hundred-year-old trees in the syrup, a bit more complex than the grocery store stuff. It’s become our Saturday morning ritual.

Bought this as a gift for my dad, but ended up keeping it after one taste test. The color is a deep amber and the flavor has that earthy, woodsy kick you only get from an old family sugarbush.

That first pour is so dark and rich you can tell it's been in those old sugar maples for a century. Drizzled it over plain pancakes and it stole the whole breakfast. The glass bottle arrived intact and the cap sealed tight.
