Bellocchi Terracotta Ovenschaal

Used mine three times this week for slow-cooked stews, and the terra cotta keeps everything at a perfect steady simmer without burning the bottom. The natural clay finish looks beautiful enough to bring straight to the table, and cleanup was surprisingly easy.
