The color alone is gorgeous—deep burgundy with actual cherry bits in every spoonful, and that tangy-sweet balance is exactly what I hoped for. I’ve been putting it on morning toast and it’s already half gone, which says enough.
The jar barely lasted a week in my house—we kept slathering it on morning toast and even spooning it over vanilla ice cream. That rich, tangy cherry flavor is exactly what I hoped for, and the texture has just the right amount of chunkiness.
The tangy kick of these Morello cherries is exactly what my morning toast needed, and the texture is thick without being overly sweet. I’ve already used half the jar on yogurt and it’s the best pantry splurge I’ve made this month.
