Bought this mostly for the handle and I end up carrying it from the bedroom to the kitchen most evenings. The curved grip feels solid in hand and the cast iron doesn't wobble even with a tall taper in it.
The cast iron has a nice weight to it, so it doesn't tip over even on my lumpy bedside table. The curved handle makes it easy to carry out to the porch without juggling a hot candle. Been using it every evening since it arrived.
