The chili de arbol gives it a smoky kick that builds slowly, and I've been spooning it over fried eggs every morning this week. The texture stays crunchy even after it sits on hot food, which is the whole reason I keep reaching for it.
A little goes a long way with this stuff, which is good because I've been putting it on everything from eggs to rice. The pullla chili gives it a fruity sweetness that balances the heat nicely. Genuinely the best chili crunch I've tried.
