アラバマ州バーミングハムのすぐ東にあるStone Hollow Farmsteadは、母娘チームとその家族が所有・運営する家族経営の農場です。このハルレス（皮なし）で繊細な品種のポップコーンには、由緒ある歴史があります。1849年、Ebenezer Emmonsという人物がこの品種を「Lady Fingers」と名付け、当時最高のポップコーンと称えました。想像力を刺激する話ですね。
