These kernels popped up fluffy and light, with a nutty taste that actually comes through without any seasoning. I made a batch for our Friday movie night and the whole bowl was gone before the trailers even finished.

Those kernels pop up into these gorgeous little purple flowers that are way more tender than the yellow stuff I usually grab. My whole bowl disappeared in one movie, and I'm already thinking about ordering another bag for next weekend.

The nutty flavor really comes through even with just a little salt, and the kernels are tender without turning chewy. We made a double batch for movie night and the bowl was scraped clean before the credits rolled.
