Alas Panci Teralis

Finally, a pot holder that doesn't look like an afterthought on my counter. The woven cotton is thick enough to really protect my hands when pulling a hot cast iron skillet out of the oven.

The woven pattern gives it just enough grip to handle a hot cast iron skillet without slipping. It’s a nice weight, thick enough to feel protective but not bulky.

The waffle texture is subtle enough to not snag on pot handles but gives great grip. I’ve used it for hot casserole dishes and it hasn’t singed or lost its shape. A good-looking workhorse for the kitchen.
