Poignée de casserole en lin

I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight these pot holders feel while still protecting my hands from a hot cast iron skillet. The natural linen texture gives them a nice grip that synthetic fabrics just don't have.

The linen weave is noticeably tighter than my old cotton potholders, and it handles hot cast iron handles without any heat seeping through. It's also a nice neutral look that doesn't clash with my kitchen decor.

I grabbed it out of the drawer when a hot skillet handle needed grabbing, and the linen did its job without any heat coming through. It's also surprisingly easy to wash and looks great just draped over the counter.
