Bought this for my dad's birthday cheese board and now I want one for myself. The hand-forged texture makes it feel like something that's been in the family for decades, not a mass-produced gadget. It cuts through aged gouda without bending, which my old spreader definitely couldn't handle.

The weight of this thing in my hand is what sold me, it doesn't flex at all when cutting through a firm wedge of cheddar. You can see the hammer marks along the blade, so no two look exactly alike.
