Vuonna 1993 Francis Gelb perusti Sabre Parisin tarkoituksenaan tarjota ruokailuvälineitä ja tarjoiluastioita odottamattomissa väreissä ja muodoissa, valmistettuina korkealaatuisimmista materiaaleista ja käsityötaidolla (hän on kotoisin metalliseppien perheestä, jossa hän oppi tarvittavan huolellisuuden). Owen O. The colored handles on these actually make me want to set the table instead of just grabbing whatever's clean. Forks have a nice weight without feeling clunky in your hand. Three weeks in and no fading or chipping through the dishwasher.
