I’ve been putting these in my martinis instead of the usual pitted ones and the lemony finish actually comes through without overpowering the brine. They’re firm enough to hold their shape but still that tender bite the description promises.
These olives are so tender I almost feel guilty putting them on a toothpick, and they've completely upgraded my martini game. The lemony kick with the sunflower seed oil actually makes the brine taste richer somehow.
The lemon finish is genuinely bright without overpowering the olive, which makes them perfect straight out of the jar for a quick snack. The flesh is so tender it practically melts, and they've become my go-to for martini night.
