I've been using this for everything from OJ at breakfast to water at dinner, and it never leaves the counter now. The pour spout really does keep things from dribbling down the side, which I didn't expect to care about this much.

I was a little worried about buying glass online, but the handmade quality really shows in the subtle unevenness of the shape, which makes it feel special. It's already earned its spot on my counter, going from my morning juice straight to a casual evening cocktail without missing a beat.

The glass feels thicker than I expected, which is nice for a carafe I leave out on the counter all day. Only thing is the mouth is a bit narrow when I'm trying to pour out the last of a batch of cocktails, so it dribbles sometimes. Still, it's been on my table every day since it arrived.
