Hergestellt von R+D Lab in Mailand, werden diese hohen Gläser mit traditionellen Mundblastechniken geformt und bestehen aus Borosilikatglas. Ein Hinweis zu Borosilikatglas: Borosilikatglas ist ein hochwertiges Glas, das für die Herstellung von Gefäßen für den täglichen Gebrauch geeignet ist. Anders als anderes Glas springt es bei extremen Temperaturwechseln nicht. Die Verwendung von Borosilikatglas hinterlässt einen geringen CO2-Fußabdruck, da es aus natürlich reichlich vorhandenen Materialien hergestellt wird und keinen übermäßigen Bergbau erfordert. Bei sorgfältiger Behandlung hält Borosilikatglas ein Leben lang.
