Kilner Gläser

The rubber seal on these actually pops when it closes, so I know it's airtight. My sourdough starter has been happy in one for three weeks now, no dried crust on top.

I picked up the four smaller sizes to finally organize my pantry, and the clamp lids seal so tight I'm not worried about my flour going stale. The glass feels sturdy enough that I've already gifted a couple to friends who bake.

The glass is thicker than the jars I've bought before, and the lids actually seal tight enough that my peach preserves stayed fresh all winter. I grabbed two sizes and now use the small ones for spice blends too.
