My kids fight over whose turn it is to use the duck snuffer at dinner now—it's that charming. The long neck keeps my hand a safe distance from the flame, and it puts the candle out in one clean swoop without any smoky after-scent.
The little bell-shaped snuffer sits perfectly on the duck's beak, so I can douse candles without leaning over the table or getting wax on my fingers. It's honestly become my favorite kitchen gadget, and it makes me smile every time I use it.
I was a little skeptical about a duck-shaped tool for candles, but the way it curves lets me reach into tall jars without tilting them. It snuffs the flame cleanly on the first try, so no more smoky smell lingering in the room. Honestly, it's become my favorite little kitchen counter oddity.
